"Called and arranged a service call to replace a broken spring. Elliott was the technician dispatched and he was awesome. He was very pleasant, professional and polite. He arrived, as scheduled and got right to work. He confirmed the issue as well, diagnosed some other items that I had missed. He repaired the door only after explaining everything and providing me with a price. Essentially, he replaced the garage door mechanism and it has never worked better, smoother or more quietly! "This company is awesome. We had a spring go out on our big garage door and we couldn't even manually open it. They came out on an emergency call and had it fixed it that night. They came back the next day to replace our small door spring just in case. Elliot is awesome and friendly. He knows his stuff!!! Don't hesitate to call them. Second time around using them. "I have used this company twice, and they have been excellent both times. The first time we had to replace a garage door on a flip and they got the door changed out the next day. Very clean, very professional and very easy to work with. Last night my mom ran into the garage. She decided to find her own company, and they came out said the door needed to be replaced. They quoted $1450.00 to replace the door. She called me and asked if I had a recommendation and I grabbed their card and gave them a call. At 1:08 p.m. I gave him a call. I asked him when he could give us a quote, and he said I will be out between 4 and 6 that day. He arrived at around 6:15 and neglected to call. However, when I contacted him at 5:30 to get an ETA I had no problem getting ahold of him and he must have apologized 10 times. When he got here he told me that it would cost $350.00 to repair. Thirty minutes later we had a functioning garage door with the rollers realigned the garage door straightened out and functioning. He did not charge anything for same day service, or any other random charges. I will only use this company moving forward. Derrick, the owner, is extremely personable and friendly and I can't say enough good things. I think its also important to note, that we would have charged $800.00 to replace the door in it's entirety. Dynamic Door Service only saved my mom $650.00 on a full on replacement and $1100.00 on the repair. I would say that is an excellent deal for the service and quality I received. What shocked me the most is that the company that came out to quote my mom had all 5 star reviews on Yelp with 16 total. It makes me really question using Yelp as a resource for finding companies. "Wonderful customer service, very professional and knowledgeable. They came out at 9pm on a Saturday (4 days before Christmas) and were able to fix our garage door that had fallen off the tracks, and fell on our vehicle. They kept us updated every step of the way, and were able to fix the door quickly. When they were done, it was actually working 1000x better than it had in years. The door sounds way smoother while opening, and it is way more secure. Thank you soo much Dynamic!!"
